Minnesota State University Moorhead’s GRIT Program is designed to retain and support students that do not meet automatic admission criteria and are admitted as a conditional student.  GRIT stands for Growth, Resilience, Initiative, and Transformation.  GRIT creates an opportunity for students to get connected with a success coach, learn the best success strategies and participate in programming specifically designed to build a student’s academic capacity.
