The St. Cloud State University Community Garden was established in 2005 to grow food and community. Despite the challenges presented by the current COVID-19 pandemic, we endeavor to continue this mission in an environment that provides a safe way for members of our community to grow food, take care of one’s physical and emotional health, and nurture the soil. This video presents guidance on best practices for community garden participation during the COVID-19 pandemic related to cleaning/sanitation precautions to utilize in community gardens and recommendations on being a safe, responsible participant in a community garden. Viewing this training is required of all who are interested in participating in the garden for the 2021 season.
