Nurses take care of multiple patients in different
settings. Though students are able to do this in the clinical setting, they are
not able to make decisions and take action independently. A multiple patient
simulation allows them to practice the skills of time management and
prioritization in a changing environment. This presentation will focus on how
to provide participants with a multiple patient simulation. Rose will share her
experience with planning and executing simulations with 10-12 simulators, 6-12
students and one facilitator.
