The Comprehensive Local Needs Assessment (CLNA) aims to support data-driven decision-making and more closely align planning, spending, and accountability activities under Perkins V to provide focus at the local consortium level.

These monthly webinars are designed specifically to provide support and technical assistance to Perkins Consortium Leaders who oversee the administration and implementation of the Perkins Federal Grant in their consortium. Webinars are facilitated by state staff, CTE consortium leaders, or other subject-matter experts.
