During the past several years, the colleges and universities of Minnesota State have been working together to develop institutional Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) plans. It’s now time to take a deep dive into one aspect of successful SEM planning: Developing effective marketing and communications for prospective, admitted and current students.
In this interactive and engaging session, participants will learn about the role of marketing in SEM planning; developing and identifying your institution’s value proposition, persona and voice; and tactical strategies to use this information with external and internal constituents, otherwise known as prospective and current students. The session will conclude with how to infuse this work into a SEM plan, with time for Q & A throughout.
Intended Audience: Lead SEM and Marketing folks, and other institutional leaders like Directors, Deans, Vice Presidents, Presidents
